On each pencil there is color at one end and a felt tip smudger on the other. Our eyeliner pencils require no sharpening just a twist up reveals more product. We have included the soft felt smudger, so you can create that smoky sultry eye look, without any tugging on your delicate skin. You can choose to wear MP Duo Ended Eyeliner Pencil alone or with other eye makeup. We suggest finishing off your look using Models Prefer Aquafusion X-Treme Mascara.
